July 2017 Artist of the Month: Rosie Ratigan

Rosie's favorite subjects to paint are Wyoming flora and fauna, especially birds. Rosie captures the beauty around her in Wyoming with her color choices, often starting a painting by preparing her canvas with a coat of burnt sienna. This provides a beautiful warmth to her paintings.
